Terms:  10% down day of sale and buyers must execute bond with approved surety for the balance of the purchase price upon a credit of 30 days or the buyer may pay the full purchase price day of sale.   Said bond shall bear interest at the rate of 12% per annum from the date of sale.  The sellers will pay property taxes for 2016; the buyer will pay 2017 property taxes.
